Chamomile is a plant popularly used in teas, suggested uses include for gas (flatulence), gastrointestinal inflammatory (GI) disorders, GI spasms, inflammation (skin or mucous membrane), insomnia, menstrual cramps, hemorrhoids, mucositis (chemoinduced) and motion sickness.

INGREDIENTS:

• Chamomoile (Matricaria Recutita) 1.12g
• Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) 0.48g

SUGGESTED USE:

Place one teabag in a cup of hot water and allow steeping for 3-5 minutes and drink.

Consume 1 teabag twice daily.
