During the first to third month of pregnancy (first trimester), one capsule daily will take care of the nutritional gaps and help relieve pregnancy symptoms. During the fourth to sixth month of pregnancy (second trimester), one capsule daily provides mothers with the essential nutrients needed to make the baby grow optimally. During the seventh to ninth month of pregnancy (third trimester), one capsule daily prepares the mother for childbirth.
